Associates in this role have historically earned $225,000+ annually, including bonuses. · CE: $3,000 annually for professional dues, journals, and continuing education expenses. · Pathway to Partnership/Ownership: Future partnership opportunities available. · Facility: Established, doctor-owned practices with over 7 years of history in Jefferson and 44 years in Watertown. · Operatories: 6 fully equipped operatories in Jefferson and 13 operatories in Watertown, along with an on-site doctor lab and sterilization center. · Technology: Fully digital practices featuring digital radiography, CBCT, intraoral scanners, diode lasers, implant motors, rotary endodontics, upgraded hardware, and computers in every operatory. · Support Staff: Strong clinical and administrative support, including 7 dental hygienists, 11 dental assistants, a fully staffed front office team, and dedicated leadership focused on helping providers succeed and deliver exceptional patient care. · Unique/Historic Selling Points: Established, highly regarded private practice with locations in Watertown, Jefferson, Hartford, and Beaver Dam.
