Chelsie Hardy is a Certified Public Accountant with a strong background in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for both businesses and individuals. She grew up in northeastern Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting along with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. She later completed her Master’s degree in Taxation in Milwaukee, laying the foundation for a career focused on helping clients navigate tax matters with clarity and confidence.
Chelsie began her professional career in Milwaukee with one of the big four public accounting firms. She eventually relocated to the Fox Valley to work in industry, gaining valuable perspective on the operational and financial challenges businesses face from the inside. She ultimately returned to public accounting, where she spent nearly a decade advising clients on a wide range of tax matters. Throughout her career, Chelsie has supported closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and families with thoughtful, proactive tax planning and compliance. Her experience spans federal and state income tax preparation, multi-state issues, entity structuring, and year-round planning designed to align tax strategy with broader financial goals. She is known for her practical approach, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex tax concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
Chelsie currently resides in Neenah, Wisconsin with her husband, C.J., their three daughters, and a house full of pets. Outside of work, she enjoys coaching Girls on the Run, going to concerts, traveling with her family, and spending time in Door County.
