Mark Paget is a lifelong resident of Wisconsin, having graduated from Marquette University in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in communications. He began his professional career in the marketing department with the Milwaukee Brewers, including moonlighting as Bernie Brewer for three years. He then moved into the role of Director in the Office of Alumni Relations at Marquette University where he developed a robust network of Alumni chapters throughout the United States. After leaving Marquette, he transitioned into association management with both the Wisconsin and National Funeral Directors Association before being named Executive Director of the Wisconsin Dental Association in May of 2006. Over his two decades of leadership at WDA, he was dedicated to supporting the dental profession with unwavering leadership and strategic vision. He oversaw the development of products and services, guided the association through periods of growth, and change and was a trusted voice and steady presence within Wisconsin’s dental community, shaping policy, and ensuring that the needs of dentists and patients were heard.
Mark is an honorary member of the American Dental Association, honorary Fellow of the International College of Dentists, honorary member of the National Dental Honor Society Omicron Kappa Upsilon Xi, as well as past president of the American Society of Constituent Dental Executives.
In joining Edge Advisors, Mark will continue to be a trusted resource, supporting and collaborating with dental practices while building strong client relationships through everyday interactions, shared laughs and small moments.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, playing golf, and cheering for the home teams.
